New Home, Extension or major renovation either way it is important to start by drawing up a design. Together we’ll decide what your most feasible option is to getting a design complete.

With design finalised we will measure your job and calculate the actual construction cost. Working close with our clients we will add and subtract inclusions, compare different construction methods and materials to determine what the most feasible option is.

4. Tender & Contract

4. Tender & Contract

Once design methods, materials and inclusions are finalised we will formally present the tender and HIA Contract. This will clearly outline exactly what you are getting for you money. Thoroughly working through every point to ensure 100% transparency easing any uncertainty.

5. Approvals

A detailed plan will be drafted for submission to council or certifier. Along with all necessary documentation such as BASIX, Statement of Environmental Effects, Structural Engineering etc. Holder Homes will liaise with each authority on your behalf up to issuing of the Construction Certificate (CC) or Complying Development Approval (CDC).

During construction you will be kept constantly up to date on all on site works. Regularly meeting on site to explain and advise on the construction process.
